Pre-launch legal draft · v1.6Prepared 12 September 2026. Solicitor approval is required before paid entries open.
Before the draw
- Entries close at the published cut-off.
- Paid and valid free entries are merged into one final pool.
- The final valid entry count is recorded.
- The pool is locked so no new entry can be added after cut-off.
- An audit reference/hash should identify the final draw snapshot.
Winner selection
The launch method must be solicitor-approved. PrizePull intends to use either an independent/supervised physical draw, a certified physical drawing device, or a computer process that produces verifiably random and auditable results. The selection process must not know or care whether an entry was paid or free.
After the draw
- the winning entry number is recorded once;
- the result and draw time are published;
- the winner is verified for age/identity/eligibility before fulfilment;
- the public result remains in the winner archive;
- the fuller internal audit record is retained for complaints or review.
No sales-based moving goalposts
PrizePull does not intend to postpone, cancel or downgrade a prize simply because fewer paid entries were sold than expected. Exceptional changes should only happen under narrow solicitor-approved circumstances.
